Altos de Cahvon and Catalina

Guests will travel from Bayahibe in magnificent catamarans to Catalina Island, located on the southeastern part of the Dominican Republic. In this beautiful island, the tour makes a stop at “El Muro”, an area destined for snorkeling (equipment included). Afterward guests head to the beach, were they can see the coral reef wall up close along with the amazing crystal clear blue water and vibrant sunshine. The catamaran then heads to the entrance of the Chavón River, were the group switches boats and enjoys a delicious lunch and refreshing beverages during the ride. Finally, they reach Altos de Chavón, city of artists, a replica of a XIV century Mediterranean style village with stores, museums, amphitheaters, restaurants and a spectacular view of the Chavón River in a lovely romantic environment.
