Bitter End Yacht Club
Based ontraveler reviews
Greetings from the Hotel General Manager
Welcome to the Bitter End Yacht Club, on the secluded shores of North Sound on Virgin Gorda in the British Virgin Islands. Come ashore and experience a retreat where love of the water, family tradition, great friends, and the generous Caribbean spirit matter most. And, from Bitter End, see the best of the BVI! Enjoy excursions and activities organized by our staff using our own excursion boats, including the most memorable sunset sails on our 48 foot catamaran by day, and then savor a dinner of fish caught that morning, within sight and sound of the water. Wake up to the perfect view – all of our rooms come with stunning sea views – and do it all over again, pursuing your favorite watersport right from our mile of beachfront property.
What to Expect:
- What began as a family retreat has turned into a full-fledged resort destination. Guests will enjoy a picturesque island setting with stunning panoramic views, seaside accommodations and a myriad of water excursions from sailing to scuba diving and snorkeling.
- Bitter End boasts 2 white sand beaches for your swimming and sunbathing pleasure. An onsite pool and spa is also available for guests’ enjoyment. For movie fans, the resort’s own outdoor theater, the Sand Palace, screens 2 movies daily along with international news and sporting events being broadcast throughout the day.
