This Dominican Republic all inclusive resort offers a variety of recreational activities including kayaking, snorkeling, windsurfing, water aerobics, dance lessons, and beach volleyball. Four tennis courts are on site, and tennis clinics are available. The resort also features an ocean trampoline, Euro bungee, and climbing inflatable iceberg located in the pool. Memo to the guests of Dreams La Romana Resort & Spa
Classic Vacations has been advised by Dreams La Romana Resort and Spa that a resort enhancement project will be taking place over the next few months. Resort enhancements include newly-designed guest rooms and several upgraded features, as well as the redesign of a restaurant. Construction began on September 3rd to include:
Adults-Only Preferred Club Section:
- Addition of 122 rooms to the Preferred Club room inventory which includes the enhancements of 122 Deluxe Garden View and Premium Garden View room categories
- Room enhancements include a larger bathroom with a rain shower, double vanity, and a separate water closet, as well as updated décor
- Second Preferred Club lounge, to be located at entrance of building 2
- Swimming pool, to be built between buildings 1 and 2
- Partial renovation, to be enhanced with updated décor
During this renovation period, buildings 1 and 2 will be closed off to the public. El Patio Restaurant will be closed during this period, but menu will be served at another restaurant (location to be determined). This addition and enhancement are both scheduled for completion by December 15, 2014.
