Guests can enjoy meals amid barrel-vaulted ceilings in Pompeian red, leather seats, briarwood tables, and floors combining black granite with large slabs of warm-colored marble. Cafe Romano offers authentic Italian style of cuisine with typical Roman dishes made with seasonal local ingredients - menus vary accordingly through the year. Fresh pasta is home made – cacio e pepe tonnarelli (Woodie Allen’s favourite) is a specialty – and dry Cav Cocco pasta uses a hard grain well known for its quality.
