The Fairmont Kea Lani Maui is an idyllic resort just across the street from Wailea's three world-class golf courses.

Each of the 450 newly renovated suites includes a large Italian marble bathroom with soaking tub, living room with entertainment system, and a furnished lanai.

Located on the pristine white sands of Wailea, The Fairmont Kea Lani, Maui is Hawaii's only luxury oceanfront resort featuring spacious suites and villas. This distinctive hotel encompasses 22-acres of tropical landscape on Maui's southern shores and offers warm and personal service which portrays the essence of aloha.

Amenity Highlights:

The Fairmont Kea Lani Maui meanders around a bi-level water complex with a grotto, spa tubs, and freeform lagoons connected by a 140-foot slide. Other facilities include an adults-only pool and a 24-hour fitness center. Dining options include an Italian restaurant, a fine-dining seafood restaurant, buffet breakfast, a gourmet deli, and a poolside bar and grill.

The Fairmont Kea Lani Maui has 413 suites located in the main resort building and 37 two-story villas sprawling toward the beach. All the units have air conditioning, high-speed Internet access (surcharge), complimentary newspapers, and in-room safes (surcharge). Separate living areas house entertainment centers with DVD/CD players and VCRs. Marble bathrooms include oversized soaking tubs, separate walk-in showers, Miller Harris toiletries, twin pedestal sinks, and bathrobes.

Set on Polo Beach within the expansive Wailea Resort, the Fairmont Kea Lani Maui stretches across 22 acres of gardens complemented by Mediterranean architecture. Wailea's three championship golf courses are within a half-mile.

Kea Lani Restaurant serves breakfast on an indoor/outdoor terrace, Caffe Ciao Restaurant specializes in wood-fired pizzas, and Nick's Fishmarket Maui focuses on island flavors and local ingredients. Other options include a gourmet takeout deli and 24-hour room service.

In addition to the 22,000-square-foot water complex, guests enjoy an adults-only pool with spa tub and a children's wading pool. A fitness center provides cardio and strength-training equipment, free weights, and complimentary classes such as yoga and water aerobics.

Guests can register for a complimentary outrigger canoe excursion at the adjacent beach. A supervised children's program (surcharge) provides island-themed activities.

Wireless Internet access is available in the lobby and other public areas (surcharge), and a business center provides high-speed Internet access, printing, faxing, copying, and other services (surcharges).

A health spa and beauty salon are on-site, and several stores offer resort wear.

Overlooking the adult pool and the ocean below, this indoor/outdoor terrace hosts buffet and à la carte breakfast daily.
Caffe Ciao Restaurant
This Italian restaurant has a pizza oven fueled with kiawe wood, a romantic open-air patio, and an extensive wine list. Open for lunch and dinner.
Nick's Fishmarket Maui
With a Mediterranean ambience, this fine-dining seafood restaurant features island flavors and local ingredients, plus a collection of about 2,000 bottles of wine. Open for dinner only.
Polo Beach Grille & Bar
Adjacent to the upper-level lagoon, this oceanview terrace serves tropical drinks and casual fare such as burgers, seared ahi salads, and sandwiches. Includes a swim-up bar. Open from midmorning until early evening.
Lobby Bar
Offering live Hawaiian entertainment and a menu of martinis, wines, and tropical drinks. Open from early until late evening.
Caffe Ciao Bakery & Deli
A gourmet bakery and deli selling take-out pasta dishes, sandwiches, salads, breads, fine cheeses, and a selection of chocolates and bottled wines.

Recreation

A 22,000-square-foot water complex includes two freeform lagoon pools connected by a 140-foot water-slide tunnel, a grotto, spa tub, and swim-up bar. A quiet adult pool with spa tub and a children's wading pool are also on site.

The resort's 24-hour fitness center provides personal training (surcharge), free weights, strength-training and cardio equipment, and complimentary fitness classes such as yoga and water aerobics.

Guests enjoy a complimentary outrigger canoe excursion, and cultural activities such as hula dancing are available (fees may apply). A year-round program (surcharge) provides half- and full-day activities for children ages 5-12.

The resort's gardens front Polo Beach, where an activities desk rents snorkel gear and other beach-related equipment. Excursions to Molokini Islet, just offshore, can also be arranged (surcharge).

Within two miles of the resort are Wailea Golf Club's three 18-hole championship courses and the 11-court Wailea Tennis Center.
