The hotel graces the former estate of Hawaii’s last and most beloved princess Victoria Ka’iulani, and is just steps from world-famous Waikiki Beach, unlimited shopping, dining and nightlife. - Guests enjoy romantic poolside dinners, nightly entertainment. Five nights a week, a popular Polynesian dinner show (surcharge) features fire-knife dancers and a luau buffet. Other on-site dining options include an indoor/outdoor buffet restaurant with nightly Hawaiian entertainment, and a food court. Cocktails and light fare are served next to an outdoor splash pool.

Located in the 29-story Ainahou Tower, the original 11-story Princess Wing, and the 11-story Kaiulani Wing, The Sheraton Princess Kaiulani's 1,152 guestrooms have light island decor with Hawaiian-quilt-style bedspreads. Amenities include compact refrigerators, coffeemakers, in-room safes (surcharge), and dial-up Internet access (surcharge). Many rooms have sliding-glass doors that open to lanais. Rooms are 299–348 square feet, including lanais.

Across from beach activities, the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani is within a block of the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center and the International Market Place.
Complimentary Hawaiian entertainment is provided nightly next to the outdoor splash pool, and a Polynesian show (surcharge) includes Samoan fire dancers and a luau buffet. Complimentary weekly guided tours reveal the story of Princess Kaiulani.

This hotel participates in the Stay At One, Dine At All in Waikiki program, in which guests have signing privileges at three companion hotels in Waikiki.Guests can smoke only in these designated areas of the hotel: rooms on floor 11 of the Princess Wing; rooms on floors 7-9 of the Kaiulani Wing; rooms on floors 7, 9, and 11 of the Ainahau Tower Wing; the public guest area at the bottom of the stairs adjacent to the ABC alley entrance to the hotel on Kalakaua Ave; and the area left of the hotel's parking garage stairwell, past the soda machine.

Splash Bar and BentoThe Splash Bar and Bento serves tropical drinks poolside and offers nightly entertainment under the stars. Delightful Hawaiian music is performed by a solo guitarist at the lava rock stage daily from 6:15 p.m. to 9:15 p.m. From 9:30 to 11:30 p.m.
Pikake TerraceOffering indoor or open-air dining adjacent to the pool and close to a stage with nightly Hawaiian entertainment. Serving breakfast and dinner buffets, fresh island fish, and à la carte entrées.
The hotel's oval-shaped outdoor splash pool is near an outdoor stage that hosts complimentary live Hawaiian entertainment nightly.
Guests have access to the 24-hour fitness facility and supervised children's program (surcharges) at a partner hotel located across the street on Waikiki Beach.

Memo to the guests of the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani
Classic Vacations has been advised by The Sheraton Princess Kaiulani, that they will be closing the hotel on August 1, 2014 to begin a long-planned, multi-million dollar redevelopment project. All reservations at the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani through July 31, 2014 will be honored. Once renovations are complete, the property will return to market as an attractive, contemporary resort with a bright and promising future. More details about the project will be released as they become available.
