The hotel offers 350 guestrooms in a six-story building one level above a street-level shopping mall. In keeping with the hotel's colonial-style architecture, rooms feature taupe-colored furniture ornamented by floral designs; mirrors with wrought-iron frames and matching wrought-iron floor lamps; and French balconies (sliding glass doors and railings) overlooking the city or swimming pool. Colorful framed prints display impressions of the leafy city's colonial-era mansions.

À la carte lunch/dinner menu offering Mexican and international choices, including sandwiches, tacos, salads, fajitas, conch ceviche, lobster quesadillas.

Air-conditioned- fine-dining restaurant with exhibition kitchen. Lunch/dinner à la carte menu featuring Yucatecán specialties such as venison tostada, Valladolid sausage, cochinita pibil (marinated pork baked in banana leaves), relleno negro (stuffed turkey), and stuffed Dutch cheese with pork, olives, raisins, and capers.
