Silver Rain, a La Prairie Spa, combines Swiss science with tropical indulgences. Offerings include the Caviar Intensive Eye Treatment; sports and Swedish massage; and the Silver Rain Pedicure, featuring a fragrant soak with orchid petals.The resort has two outdoor pools, one oceanfront and paired with a spa tub, and the other on the North Sound side. Ambassador of the Environment by Jean-Michel Cousteau (surcharge; reservations highly recommended) introduces both young and old to the natural wonders and cultural traditions of the Cayman Islands. Eco-excursions take children and adults on journeys of discovery centered on four areas: Coral Reefs; Mangroves; Wetlands, Woodlands & Wildlife; and Caymanian Life & Traditions.Wireless Internet access is available in public areas (surcharge) and guestrooms (included in resort fee).The resort permits cats and dogs (maximum 30 pounds) for a surcharge. The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman is located in the center of Seven Mile Beach along the clear Caribbean Sea. A nine-hole "Caribbean monster," the course rouses golfers with its five long Par Fours into the Caribbean trade winds, which can make a 470-yard hole play like 600. Exclusive to guests and Residence owners at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman, Blue Tip offers golfers the opportunity to make tee times at short notice and the enjoyment of a relaxing pace of play. The private course is perfect for both infrequent players who want to play at their leisure and passionate golfers who want to play multiple rounds in a single day.
