Anacaona Restaurant
This beachfront restaurant and bar specializes in Euro-Caribbean cuisine, with an emphasis on seafood and fresh produce. Specialties include Ceviche, Baby Conch with a Salad of Smoked Cucumber, and Plantain with Ginger and Teriyaki Sauce. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served on linen-covered tables under thatched-roof palapas overlooking the ocean, which are lit by candles and tiki torches at night. The Anacaona bar features a specialty martini menu, and a local band plays several nights per week.
The Lounge
This open-air, beachfront lounge with colorful "sail" shading and rattan sofas and chairs features an international tapas menu. Specialties include fresh Sushi & Sashimi, Beef Satay, Caicos Lobster Dim Sum, Crab Cakes, and Conch Spring Rolls. Signature cocktails, specialty coffee drinks, and a selection of Cuban cigars are also on offer.

Recreation

The Grace Bay Club features an outdoor freshwater swimming pool, tennis courts, and complimentary access to a fitness center across the street.
