Anacaona RestaurantThis beachfront restaurant and bar specializes in Euro-Caribbean cuisine, with an emphasis on seafood and fresh produce. Specialties include Ceviche, Baby Conch with a Salad of Smoked Cucumber, and Plantain with Ginger and Teriyaki Sauce. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served on linen-covered tables under thatched-roof palapas overlooking the ocean, which are lit by candles and tiki torches at night.
