The restaurant features floor-to-ceiling glass walls allowing for natural daylight, and is built around two protected trees. Tom’s BarTom’s Bar, which shares Tom’s Arcade (a vaulted sandstone portico) with The Monastery restaurant, is housed in a former Augustinian beer hall complete with original ‘Four Angels’ fresco on the ceiling and wrought iron chandeliers.
