The resort offers 379 guestrooms and suites in a 16-story tower and in a low-rise five-story wing with a sloping pyramid face. Sea breezes, sea views, light-and-shadow displays, sculptures, gardens, and rustic artifacts grace buildings' interiors.

Rooms and suites offer sea, dolphin or lagoon-view balconies or ground-floor patios with chairs and cocktail tables. (Patios include hammocks.) DVD players provide entertainment, with complimentary DVDs available for use. Minibars are stocked with soft drinks, beer, and bottled water. Bathrobes and slippers offer lounging comfort. Decor includes cream-and-tan-marble floors, gray-marble bathrooms, and all-white bedding including tropical-weight comforters.

Club rooms and suites are located in the 16-story tower. Guests have exclusive access to a lobby lounge for check-in and check-out service, 24-hour concierge service, Continental breakfast, private cocktail service, and evening appetizer service. Club guests receive newspapers in their rooms or suites daily and enjoy preferential use of lounge chairs and thatched-roof palapas on the resort's open-sea beach.

These spacious suites, located on the highest floors of the Club Tower,
offer a spectacular view of the Caribbean and Cancun's hotel zone from the
balcony with Jacuzzi. They have a large living room and dining room, private

There are a total of thirteen Jacuzzi Junior Suites located on the corners of each floor of the Club Tower and offer a spectacular view of the Caribbean. There is an ample balcony with a Jacuzzi from which guests will be able to enjoy the lights of the hotel zone at night. The suite, decorated with typically Mexican materials and colors, also includes a living room, dining room, and full bath.
