There are 27 Presidential Suites (2 bdrm). The Presidential Suite is actually a 1 Bedroom Suite with a connecting Superior Deluxe room. (This can NOT be sold as just the 1 bedroom) 1 Bedroom Suite has an Oceanfront View and is 1,900 sq ft: Living room: 2 sofas, 3 small tables, bookshelf with T.V. and 4 shelves with 7 Dicroica lights and a half bathroom. Dining room: Crystal table for 10, black out curtains, 2 candelbras, 9 Dicroica lights and sliding door that opens up to the terrace. Kitchen: Beer, soft drink & water stocked refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Master Bedroom: 1 King size bed, blackout curtains, full length mirror and large vanity. Also has safety box, iron, direct dial telephones, and full ammenities including bath bubbles for Whirlpool tub. Master Bathroom: 2 person Whirlpool tub with oceanview, double sink with panoramic mirror, hair dryer, purified water and separate Marble shower with security bar and Marble bench. Connecting Superior Deluxe room: Partial Ocean View. Each elegantly appointed guestroom features a private balcony, coffee maker, mini bar, security safe, direct dial telephone, remote control color TV and hair dryer, plus a marble walk in shower and a Whirlpool tub for two facing the Caribbean.

These rooms are either Partial Ocean View or Garden View. Each elegantly appointed guestroom features a private balcony/terrace (most with hammocks), coffee maker, mini bar containing sodas, bottled water and beer, individually controlled air conditioner, ceiling fans, alarm clock, security safe, direct dial telephone, remote control color TV, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, a double Jacuzzi, plus 24 hour room service.

Concierge Level rooms include (2) 25 minute massages on the Beach/Spa (location varies per resort), nightly turndown service guaranteed, nightly petit-fours, espresso/American coffee machine, DVD player, IPOD dock, radio/alarm clock/CD player, pillow menu, aromatherapy, CHI professional blow dryer, exclusive Concierge service, private dinner on the beach (once per stay), upgrade brand of liquors in room dispenser, private beach lounge chair area with waiter service, exclusive beach bag, and private check-in/check-out (subject to availability).
