Traveler Reviews

There was a variety of places to see and the timing worked well. Translations between Spanish and English were great!

Great tour of Avila and Segovia. It’s a must! Tour is a full day and you get to explore both towns and visit the major sites.

Our guide, Diego was FABULOUS! He was very knowledgeable, personable, and kept the day moving smoothly. We eould absolutely recommend this tour to everyone.

The meeting location was very easy to find - directions were very clear. Bus was extremely nice - super clean smooth and roomy luxury coach. Each person was given a headset to listen to the tour guide (English/Spanish). Departure was right on time (9:00 am). First stop was Avila for a tour of the cathedral and walled city. The tour included a snack and beverage of your choice at a local restaurant in Avila. You can also order more from the menu but will have to pay. Next stop was Segovia - the place is magical! We toured the palace and several cathedrals - visually splendid! Great tour. If you go in winter be sure to dress very warm! Wear comfortable shoes and be ready to walk! Total walking distance was 4.7 miles for the entire tour. Last but not least, the tour guide (Arantxa) was truly amazing. Very kind, informative and full of energy - she made the tour excellent.

First let me start by saying that kuro guide Francisco( Paco) did hia best to save the ruined trip.It all started by bus being 25 minutes late and the whole group waiting outside for more than an hour, hence being told to be 30 minutes before our departure. Then, bus driver told us it was not our bus we had to unload and next bus would pick us up next bus arrived in 15 minutes and tells us that bus is broken and we need different bus. Paco reassures us that the bus will be in 20 minutes, later in 30 minutes since it is rush hour. All this in 34 ° weather, freezing our butts off. Then him and driver miscommunicated as to where would be our p/u location, which in turn made the group going from one corner of the street to another like drug dealers trying to buy and sell stuff. Eventually we leave 2 hours late and frozen the remaining parts of of our bodies body had a" great day ’". In the beginning of this whole charade, I asked for the reimbursement but was told I had to call the company
