The JW Marriott Guanacaste is a "young resort" and the rooms were designed by the same person as the 4 seasons. It will accommodate families with guaranteed connecting rooms and a kids club. Great for couples as well with their HUGE spa and 4 restaurants and an "Escape inclusive option."

This hotel has the largest pool in Costa Rica, slightly bigger than the Westin Playa Conchal. This hotel is an excellent all around hotel for both couples and families.

Here's the view is from a deluxe room which is large at 525 square feet, flat screen TV’s, dark mahogany furniture. They also have One bedroom suites on property which are 1200 square feet, and offer a plunge pool on the ground floors and Ocean views on the higher floors. (Request a plunge pool and ground floor is that’s important for your clients.)

The beach here is long and wide, you may still find vendors not affiliated with this hotel on the beach, but due to the location it’s harder for them to get to and therefore less likely.
