We arrived at 3pm and met with Mohini who took us for site inspection. The entry of the Westin had a contemporary look with an artistic Fijian feel to the decor. We took a walk to the heavenly spa. They had several treatment rooms with a lap pool and a gym in the spa. There was a section of garden view rooms that faced the spa. The units at the Westin are on 2 story buildings offering various views and the room categories are standard room, ocean rooms and ocean front rooms. The units are very nice with dark wood furnishings and of course their heavenly beds were so comfortable... the rain shower in their bath tub was invigorating. The unit I was in had dark brown tiles which they consider the non furbished room. We saw the newly renovated rooms where they had white and black striped marble tiles. Very slick looking room with rich dark wood furnishing. The resort has a nice stretch of beach where the water is calm. The pool was large with lots of families and couples and there was an infinite pool as well where most of the couples hung out. Great kids clubs with nanny’s that took care of infants. There were 3 restaurants on property that accommodated the guest at the resort. This will indeed be a great stay for 2 or 3 nights before clients go out to an outer island resort.

Overall Westin’s a great place for couples and families.
