Mauni Lani Terrace is located 30 minutes from Kona airport. Guests should expect to find a key located in a box for any late arrivals. If clients arrive before 6pm, they can check in at the lobby entrance/reception area. Each unit is individually owned. This means each unit will have its own personal style and décor. Guests can expect to see Ocean from a distance regardless of where unit is. The beach is 5 minutes away by car.

There is a swimming pool located at the center of the property. There are 3 BBQ’s available for reserve and 2 BBQ’s for grill and serve. This is good to know as pool area tends to get crowded.

The resort holds one and two bedroom units. One bedroom Units are specifically located in Buildings E, G, and K. All other buildings will hold our 2 bedroom accommodations. Two bedroom units are closest to beautiful pond area. The rooms in 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units are large. The living space in 1 and 2 bedrooms... plentiful! Kitchens were nice and updated with granite tops (in some units).
