Sofitel Tahiti Maeva Beach Resort is located on the west coast of Tahiti. It is beachfront and within 3 minutes from the airport. The resort, recently renovated, features 216 rooms, each with a private balcony and decorated. Facilities include two restaurants, a bar, two tennis courts, a golf driving range and a freshwater swimming pool.

My Opinion

It does have all the amenities and facilities of a 4 star. Being that the hotels in Tahiti tend to be mostly just one night stop-overs, and this is close to the airport, this will be a decent option for budget minded travelers.
