Point Guidelines
Individual agent points may not be grouped or combined by agents within an agency or between two non-affiliated agencies.
All points and rewards are non-transferable. Royalty points may not be converted or exchanged for cash rewards.
The Royalty redemption form must be signed by agent and agency manager/supervisor.
All Royalty redemption travel requests for 2009 points must be submitted to Classic by December 31, 2010.
Points that haven’t been redeemed by December 31, 2010 will expire.
Qualified Bookings
Every Classic booking with the Travel Smart Program or Classic Vacations Change and Cancellation Waiver purchased at time of booking will qualify.
Bookings that travel between January 1, 2009 and December 31, 2009 are eligible toward 2009 Royalty points. Points are awarded upon departure.
Fly/drive (air and car only) bookings are ineligible for points.
Points only accumulate for commissionable sale.

All reservations require complete travel agent first and last name.

General Guidelines

When you are ready to book your trip, complete the redemption form (which must be signed by you and the agency owner/manager) and fax to Classic Vacations Sales Support Department at 408–882–8452 or send by mail to Classic Vacations, Attn: Sales Support, 5893 Rue Ferrari, San Jose, CA 95138.
A Sales Support Representative will contact you to book your travel.
Your redemption form must be received by Classic Vacations at least 30 days prior to travel (redemption forms received within 30 days of travel cannot be fulfilled).
Royalty Bucks Guidelines
If, for any reason, you cancel your plans you will not receive a return of the redeemed Royalty Points, or any other credit cash compensation for your Royalty Points.
If you need to cancel your trip, there will be a minimum $100 cancellation fee.
If you request to make a change to your reservation, you will incur a $50 change fee per change.

You are responsible for paying the cost of your booking, if any, that exceeds the amount of Royalty Bucks redeemed.

Royalty Bucks Restrictions
Hotel and air accommodations are subject to availability and blackout dates may apply. All hotel and air cancellation fees apply.
Minimum night stay requirements, seasonal surcharges, resort fees, and other restrictions may apply.

2500 Six nights hotel accommodation + Rental Car (Hawaii only); stay split between 2 hotels of Classic's choosing
5500 Nine nights hotel accommodation + Rental Car (Hawaii only) + Inter-Island Air; stay split between 3 hotels of Classic's choosing
Royal Itinerary Guidelines
$49 Processing fee due at time of travel request submittal and is non-refundable once itinerary is confirmed.
Multiple Royal Itineraries cannot be combined for the same trip.

Hotel accommodations are booked at a 4- or 5-flower property of Classic’s choice for the requested destination.

Please submit the travel reward letter no sooner than 45 and no later than 30 days prior to travel.

Travel reward letters submitted within 30 days of travel cannot be fulfilled.

All-inclusive properties are excluded on the Royal Itinerary.

The completed travel reward letter must be sent to Classic Vacations Sales Support department prior to making any travel arrangements.

Travel Agent will be responsible for a $49 processing fee, collected at the time of initiation and is non-refundable once itinerary is confirmed.

Royal Itinerary Restrictions
2009 Blackout dates are March 15-30, May 23-27, July, August, September 1-9, November 21 – 30, and December 15 – January 7.  Blackout dates are subject to change and may vary by destination.
Three nights maximum stay per hotel.
Travel rewards may not be combined for the same trip.
Additional restrictions may apply.
Cancellations or non-acceptance of confirmed itinerary are subject to forfeiture of points used for redemption of the travel award.
Inter-island air and rental car included in Hawaii only.
General Program Terms and Conditions

Classic reserves the right to change or cancel this program at any time. Royalty Bucks and travel rewards are not transferable or redeemable for cash. They may not be sold or used for barter.
Agent is solely responsible for any taxes owed on point redemptions. Please speak to your tax advisor.
Classic reserves the right to discontinue the participation of any agent who engages in any fraudulent activity. This will result in the loss of all earned points.

All questions regarding the program will be resolved by Classic in its sole discretion.

 

Announcing our 2009 Agent Group Reward Program

25k = $100.00 Cash
Based per group, in increments of 25k
The Maximum agent reward per group booking = $500.00
Groups will not be combined
Insurance/Waiver must be purchased to qualify
Group Revenue will count towards overall Classic Vacation’s revenue
ALL Group Concessions will be passed on to you and your client!
Paid upon completion of group’s travel
All new contracted group bookings and those that travel in 2009 are included in this exciting incentive!
No Royalty Points will be awarded in addition to this program
