The Travel Smart Plan program, with increased client and agent benefits, nearly sells itself with the most comprehensive and competitive benefits package in the industry.

How will Travel Agents benefit from the new program?

By encouraging your clients to purchase the Travel Smart Plan program, qualified agents can cover 50% of your commission, up to a total of $500 per booking, even if the booking cancels.* We are confident that in addition to covering your commission, the new Travel Smart Plan program with its expanded benefits will increase your commissions overall.

We’ve expanded the pricing options with a new lower fee that should make the value of this product even more transparent to all of your customers. Prices for the Travel Smart Plan program now start at $49 and increase based upon the per adult cost of the vacation package. Children under 18 are automatically covered for free as long as all adults in the traveling party purchase the plan.

Plus with all Classic Hawaii® bookings including the Travel Smart Plan program, travel agents have free access to Classic Hawaii Concierge Service.

  • Price Protection – we guarantee the vacation price will not change once we receive payment, unless your client initiates a change that results in a new price.
  • Trip change and cancellation fee coverage – covers the entire package.

Additionally, the plan provides access to a wide range of traveler’s assistance services while your clients are away. Working with Travel Guard® International, America’s number one travel insurance provider, this plan covers:
  • Pre-existing medical conditions
  • Medical coverage for illness or injury sustained while abroad
  • Emergency medical evacuation or transportation
  • Baggage loss, theft, or damage
  • Trip or baggage delay

  • Trip cancellation or interruption, for an illness or injury sustained while on vacation
While traveling, your clients continue to be covered from the unexpected, with toll-free access to a 24/7 assistance network. Travel Guard’s World Service Center also boasts multilingual counselors that can help in any sort of emergency.
