She grew the business from a simple itinerary creation service into an award-winning host agency with over 10 employees and contractors. Leveraging her passion for entrepreneurship and expertise in recruiting and HR, Jennifer now manages the internal TIQUE team and shares her success strategies with the Niche community. TIQUE helps travel advisors build their dream business by curating brand identity, implementing custom client experience workflows, and elevating professionalism through strategic marketing and continued education. When not working, Jennifer enjoys time with her newborn daughter, cuddling her golden retriever Leo, or sharing a bottle of red with friends and family.

A natural mentor, she focuses on guiding the next generation, particularly through her initiative “Raising Queens for Greatness.” Known for her infectious energy, Marsha-Ann is a proud mother of two, a woman of faith, a Lupus Warrior, and a champion of her beloved Jamaica.

Dr. Paige P. Viren is the Executive Director of the Sustainable Hospitality & Tourism Management Program at Cal State University Monterey Bay, with over 16 years of expertise in consumer behavior and tourism. Previously, she was an Associate Professor at San Francisco State University and East Carolina University, where she focused on sustainable tourism. Dr. Viren has worked extensively with rural communities on initiatives promoting economic diversification while protecting natural and cultural resources. She holds certifications in Sustainable Tourism from Cornell University and the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC), where she is also an official trainer. With a Ph.D. from Michigan State University and over 13 years in the travel industry, she is a Certified Travel Consultant (CTC) and Certified Adventure Travel Specialist (ATS), blending academic rigor with practical experience.
