Radii restaurant and bar
Five staggered levels of mirrors, chrome, and marble account for everything from pre-dinner drinks in the circular lower-level bar/lounge, to an interactive dining experience near the open kitchen, and evening entertainment by the baby grand piano. A Mediterranean-influenced menu is changed seasonally and includes dishes such as freshly shucked oysters, seared rare tuna, and soft-centered chocolate puddings. Some dishes are embellished with fresh herbs from the hotel's own garden. In addition to a well-stocked bar, radii has an extensive wine cellar of white, red, and dessert wines that can be purchased by the bottle or the glass.
