Le Jardin d'Hiver
Breakfast, afternoon tea, and light meals are served under the art nouveau-style glass roof of this winter garden tearoom. Decorated with 19th-century furnishings, palms, and exotic flowers, it overlooks the lobby, with live music in the evenings.
Restaurant Le Meurice
This restaurant recreates the lustrous effects of Louix XVI-style detailing with ornate gilding, antique beveled mirrors and a ceiling fresco depicting a blue sky with angels. Fine French cuisine is served on custom-made china matching the mosaic patterns on the tile floor.
Bar Fontainebleau
Deep leather Chesterfield-style chairs, dark woods, and restored paintings depicting the Château de Fontainebleau give this bar a rich, clubby feel. Dom Perignon is served by the glass, along with a large selection of cocktails, rare liqueurs, fine wines, and light snacks. The bar is open until 2 AM.
