The trip was terrific from start to finish. The commentary from the tour guide and the bus driver were especially helpful to learning more about our day. The tour guides made the day!

Our guude was excellent, but we forgot cash to tip him. The glacier, icebergs and river rafting were phenomenal.

This was an amazing tour. The staff is very nice.
It included the conservation center, a nice lunch, rafting tour (lovely views of glacier, then down mild rapids, hot cocoa/snacks provided when water was calm). Ben was amazing as our boat guide.
If you have mobility issues, speak them prior to booking (as some may have issues getting out of boat to get to train).

My Favorite part of this trip was the Spencer Iceberg Float! We were served a nice lunch outdoors before our float ride. Was so much fun from touching an iceberg to holding a piece of one and to our excellent guide, Kendal Stephens, giving us hot chocolate while rafting. Very nice rafting not rough at all! So much fun! Kendal was the BEST! I just loved it and suggest a must! The train ride was excellent also.

I had written down on the reservation that I need to a use a 4 wheel walker for distance and that I had back and knee issues. They sent me our own guide for the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center and all the staff were soo friendly and helpful in getting me into and out of the van, train and raft. Everyone was soo nice and encouraging. Plus we so enjoyed all that we saw. The packed lunch was so good too.
