Cute little tour starting outside on the boardwalk for about ten minutes, we were able to view the ballroom and other rooms on the second floor that public isn't always able to see. You also get to enjoy the views from the windows and hear a few interesting stories from the knowledgeable guide in character. We took the 11:00am in English which was a nice introduction to set the scene and get into the atmosphere of this luxurious place, then browsed the shops for a while before our lunch reservation at the hotel at 12:30 where the good atmosphere and views continued.

Very informative tour guide , brought the history of the Chateau Frontenac alive ! Would highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in the history of the hotel and Old Quebec.

Loved learning the history of the hotel. The guide was very much in character. Enjoyed the tourbut had difficulty finding the meeting kiosk.

Great informative tour. Our guide Thomas had a great sense of humor and knew lots of great history. It was awesome to see some of the off limit rooms like the ballroom and Rose room (D-day). Very cool and highly recommend.
