Traveler Reviews

We arrived earlier at their office & bus kept time as we set off at the slated time, tour guide was very good & with ability to switch from French to English from time to time

This is a good tour if you want to experience all of Brussels in a short period of time. We had a 1 day layover in the city, so it was perfect for us. You don't have a ton of stops, so the driver mostly gives you history/background of sights as you pass by them. The only downside was that we were exhausted from our trip, so when combined with the driver's soothing voice and the motion of the bus, we kept falling asleep!

Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the brussels city tours team, we felt welcomed and with such a friendly atmosphere we had a fantastic start! The guide and tour was extremely good, very flexible and for that they deserve a special thanks. Brussels is a beautiful city and i recommend you try ghent and bruges as it is their speciality. Both excursions were very well organized and I must admit that you will finish the day with the necessary knowledge and fun that you need. I really wish i can revisit this amazing country soon!

I commend Zohra Amri, Sales Agent, who was most helpful with bookings explaining so much about the cultural and linguistic differences of the inhabitants of le Belgique.

The tour was supposed to include visit to chocolate factory and chocolate tasting but didn't happen. Tour guide spoke mostly in Spanish. Also the guide Bruno asked me where I am from in a rude way. When I said India he said " you should be proud that you are from India". Sarcasm or racism ? If the tour operator has a problem with Indians they should make it clear beforehand so we don't book this tour. There were no stops other than atomium for photos. On the whole was not as expected. I have been on various viator tours in UK which were really well conducted. Hope this one improves.
