Traveler Reviews

All the emails we had received from Viator was for us to arrive at the Brussels City Tour office at 115 pm. We arrived at 117 pm exactly. The tour guide had already left but the bus had not. However, we were not allowed to go with them. To add insult to injury, one of the two ladies at the desk was extremely rude. We used "GetYourGuide.com" for other tours and were very treated. Viator needs to step up here. We are still waiting for a refund from Viator.

Brussels City Tours is an excellent company and Frank was a terrific guide. Frank was very knowledgeable, funny and engaging in communicating interesting facts and stories on Antwerp. I also liked the pace of the tour and the timings in each location were perfect. Frank managed to keep things moving along without feeling rushed.

Jasmine is our tour guide, she is good~ But for us it was very difficult to listen 3 languages at the same time tho~ The city is nice, but we don't have enough time to see all interesting places.

We enjoyed the commentary by Jasmine our very knowledgeable guide on our way to Antwerp. There was a walking tour to the old city to the cathedral an explanation of the Gothic architecture and explanation of the 3 Ruebens paintings. Time for a snack , another bit of walking looking at houses, walking through the shortest street. Sampling of a traditional Belgium butter cookie. Capped off by a visit to the Harbor.

Jasmine was a great guide — so much interesting information and made sure everyone was comfortable with walking...also had a great driver Phillipe !!!
