I booked Keytour for my birthday trip and they were supposed to pick me up at my hotel. I call them in 15 minutes before my pickup time to ensure that everything is good and they say they don’t have me down for pickup and that the tour has left without me. I said that time was 8:15 how could they have left already and even though it wasn’t my fault I said I will uber somewhere cause this was the only plan I had for my birthday the lady was very unapologetic and said she can’t do anything and the tour has left already. I said my plans will be ruined and she didn’t care. I said I will leave a strongly worded review she said sure thank you go ahead. She really did not care. Viator still tried to help me out, but the Keytour company didn’t care at all. I am so disappointed and in tears. They ruined my day. I am leaving for Paris tomorrow and this was my only chance. Take my advice and stay away from them I wouldn’t have felt this bad if there was any rem

My mom and I took this trip, and it was very nice! We had a pickup at our hotel which was right on time. The tour shuttle was very nice and comfortable with huge windows and even the roof was windows so you could see everything. Our guide, Zed, was great, very knowledgeable and friendly. There were only 4 people on this tour, so let us determine how long to stay and even took us to see a castle that wasn't on the tour. The glacier 3000 view was amazing! And Montreaux is beautiful. The only drawback was it was quite expensive, and I would have liked more time in Montreaux.

My mom and I went on this and had a great time. Our guide, Zed, was great, very nice and helpful. There were only 4 of us so he took us to see a castle that wasn't on the tour. The bus was very comfortable with huge windows. The views were amazing, and I enjoyed the coaster. Only drawback is it was quite expensive, and I wish we had more time in Montreaux.

My wife, daughter and I decided to check out this delightful tour from Geneva. The coach was clean, comfortable and COVID free. Our driver, Tom was the best / driver tour guide we have ever experienced in over three decades of traveling internationally. The drive is absolutely beautiful and Tom is extremely well traveled and is full of helpful information about Switzerland. He pointed out numerous gems of information about Switzerland. Glacier 3000 was a wonderful experience. The views from the top were breathtaking and the walk across the peaks was a thrill none of us will ever forget. The alpine coaster is the highest in the world and so much fun you don’t want to do anything else. Tom escorted us along the way and gave us all tips on how to speed up and slow down. We all got to walk on the glacier and take lots of great photos. We dined at the top restaurant and the food was one of the best meals we have had during our journey through Switzerland. La ballade était génial, nous avons eu le droit à des vues incroyables sur le lac en bus pour ensuite arriver en bas du glacier. Z, notre guide à vraiment était très à l'écoute de nos envies et nous à montrer des paysages à couper le souffle sur les montagnes, la grotte de glace, le pont suspendu ainsi que la belle ville de Montreux. De plus, il a été d'une gentillesse et d'un altruisme irréprochable. Même français, nous comprenions très bien Z, anglophone. Malgré les circonstance de la Covid 19, notre ballade n'a été en aucun cas compromis. Cette expédition fut inoubliable c'est pour cela que nous l'a conseillons pour tout ceux qui sont à la recherche d'expériences uniques.
