When booking I indicated that there was a member of our party who was in a motorized wheelchair and was assured that the tour could accommodate his needs. I asked if he could do the cobblestone streets and was told the tour would be adapted for him. In actuality we were unable to see much of the city because it was too difficult for him to navigate the streets. I would have appreciated being told that it was not going to be a good idea for us to book this tour. We would have made other plans to make the tour easier for our entire group. We would probably have done the walking tour for 4 members of the group anyway and the other 2 could have selected a tour that was more handicap friendly.
Our tour guide, Marize was excellent and did the best she could under the circumstances.

This walking tour pointed out many many historical facts about Old Quebec. This 2 hour tour was more informative than a history class dedicated to Quebec City from its beginning. Personal and private you learn about the things only locals know and wonder.....mmmmmmmm...it even happened back then. Interesting, informative and a must do!

Covered a lot of history and guide was very knowledgeable. Walked at a good pace. Recommendations for shopping and restaurants was excellent.

Richard Seguin did a fantastic job with our private walking tour. We really enjoyed his narratives and stories about the city. We felt we learned a lot. I definitely would recommend him to anyone going to Quebec.
