Crew was amazing. Mantas were amazing. Best tour on the island!!! The people we shared the experience with were super fun.

Great crew, awesome family experience 11-50 years! The mantas are majestic and so close they accidentally touch you! So fun, once in a lifetime experience, do it!

We had a FABULOUS time on the manta ray night snorkel. I didn’t plan in advance for the manta ray snorkel but luckily Ocean Encounters had availability the next day! The crew was so friendly and took great care of us with snacks, tunes, and great company. We saw countless manta rays up close and they would do somersaults right under the board that we were holding onto. Highly recommend this experience with Ocean Encounters, it’s once in a lifetime!

Viator didn't coordinate with the business well and provided a departure time ONE HOUR later than the actual time. The boat time was 5pm while the receipt we bought was clearly showing 5:30pm to 9pm departure details! The boat crew was helpful and just put us (including the kids) to a next boat which was 7:30pm to 11pm, which was way past everyone's bedtime!!!!!!!!!!!!

I do not understand why this company does not have an average of 5 stars. They were super professional, friendly, and did their best to cater to the needs of everyone. I felt safe and it was evident that the crew was knowledgeable about manta rays. They made sure that we had the best experience with the manta rays and boy did we see a great show! It truly was a one-of-a-kind experience. And I would strongly recommend going through this company to see the beautiful creatures.
