On the way, you will be provided breakfast bags so not a minute of your vacation time is wasted. Upon arrival at the picturesque Crystal River, you will enjoy a fabulous narrated boat tour. On your cruise, you will be given masks and snorkels and you are encouraged to swim alongside these friendly creatures under the guidance of certified dive masters.The manatees are an endangered species and the have come to the Florida springs year-round to find shelter and food. In the winter months the manatee population can reach several hundred and during summer, the average count is 80. These are "gentle giants" in the water and actually have no teeth. During your cruise, you may have the chance to be filmed underwater with the manatees and then purchase the video. After your cruise, you will be provided with a hot lunch and then you will head to Homosassa State Wildlife Park, famous throughout Florida for the rehabilitation of injured animals. It is here you’ll have the chance to see the current manatee residents at the park during an informative and entertaining feeding session with one of the park rangers. You’ll also see bears, panthers, alligators and even a hippopotamus as you explore the rest of the park. Roundtrip transportation from the Orlando area and the assistance of a driver-guide throughout your day is also included.Duration: 4 hours

Neither breakfast nor lunch were included even though my confirmation email says they were. The bus company demanded cash for the wetsuits even though they did not provide them. The boat company said wetsuits were included in the price of the ticket, but the shuttle driver said no and harassed me until I paid him cash. When I explained I didn’t have cash with me, he said he would take a picture of my credit card. The whole trip was one bad experience after another and no one from any company knew what was going on.

Me and my family didn’t like it, first of all you pay for the package that says includes breakfast and lunch and not true!!! We got to see one manatee and the old man that was the caption on the boat was very very rude!! Then they took us to an animal park that didn’t have a lot of animals. Do not recommend!!!

Our guide was very knowledgeable and actually seemed like he cared about giving us an opportunity at swimming with manatees . We got to swim with one for about 20 minutes and spent around a hour I would say on the boat . The diner was good after words and the park after that was also awesome we got to watch them feed the manatees and there was plenty of animals to see being hippos , alligators , bears etc it was cool to see the manatees up close again! Our driver through grey line , Ishmael was prompt and knew all the answers to questions we had . He seemed also like he cared about us making the most out of our day , overall I recommend this tour 100% It is a good way to have a slow paced relaxing day with still doing something different . Truly once in a life time

Awesome experience. We snorkeled with a Mom and her calf. We also saw a variety of fish in the Crystal River. The local Diner we had lunch in was cool and had great food. The animal state park/zoo was great also. Gray Line's tour guide Ishmael was top notch. He made sure everyone had a great time.
