Really enjoyed everything about the trip although not a wine lover enjoyed it couldn't have wished for more

Due to the steps taken to mitigate the spread of the COVID19 pandemic, major portions of the tour package were cancelled. There was no 3 course lunch. There was no boat ride nor the virtual boat ride in the theatre. There was no viewing of the falls from behind.

Excellent tour, very detailed, good timed and not boring at all. The tour guy was really helpful and make our tour really enjoyable. However, I cannot rate 5 stars since the company who made the tour was different from the one I booked ( apparently the season is slow for some companies ).

Overall great experience! Wayne, our tour guide, had a wonderful dry sense of humor and shared tons of interesting facts with some quick jokes thrown in. The stops were all appropriately timed, although we (and most everyone on the bus) could have done without the hour long stop in the downtown Niagara Falls area (not listed on the tour description) and would have preferred more than just 30 minutes at the winery.

Booked our tour the day before. Tour guide, Michael, was incredibly knowledgeable as well as funny & personable. Our driver, Graham, was an excellent driver. The tour was laid back, nicely paced, and quite educational/informative. MUCH better than trying to drive to our destination (from Toronto) ourselves! Lovely experience!
