Traveler Reviews

We did the private airport to hotel shuttle, city tour with tequila tasting, dinner cruise and ATV adventure with Gray Line and they were all fantastic!! We booked with Ramon was at our all inclusive Hilton Riviera Resort and he was phenomenal! He was very helpful and took the time to make sure we experienced what we really wanted while in PVR. As for the tours, the ATV (we did a 4 person RZR) was sooooo much fun!! We were able to switch drivers throughout so everyone who wanted to got to drive. The city/tequila tour was a great way to get to know the city and taste some really great tequila as well. Unfortunately we weren't able to make the dinner cruise since we had some motion sickness going on, but the other couple with us did make it and said it was fantastic. We will definitely use Gray Line again and Ramon will be our go-to guy in PVR next time we are there.

The jungle/waterfall was beautiful. Our tour Victor was very nice to show us around and show us all the different types of fruit trees. Was an awesome experience. Then the tequila tasting was one of the best we tried! Extremely smooth and tasty.

My husband and I truly enjoyed the ATV ride. It’s a activity we do on every island vacation. This one ranks in the top 3.

It was a lovely adventure! But I’d like to share some feedback to hopefully help future travelers prepare with more realistic expectations. I understand Viator is a third party booking agent, but there are things that Viator customers should know about upon booking that I wasn’t made aware of or was misinformed about. Firstly, the start time was incorrectly advertised. We bought the adventure for 11am and after purchasing, I was told it doesn’t start until 12:30. This wasn’t a deal breaker, but it did change our plans for the afternoon, which we had to push back. It would be helpful to have the times confirmed before customers make a purchase. Double check with the tour company before purchasing. Secondly, this adventure is advertised for 4 hours but it actually comes closer to 5 hours. When the tour ended, they told us we would have to wait another hour for the bus to bring us back to our pick up / drop off location… considering we had already pushed our afternoon plans back, this

The tour is somewhat misleading. There was no stopping at the waterfall for a 'refreshing swim', no stopping at a local restaurant. It says 3 hour but was only 2 hour from start to finish including ATV which includes a 10 min stop at a bridge.

It's pretty disorganized once you get to the Canopy River where they just tell you to wander around till somebody finds you when the tour is about to start. Except there are multiple tours starting and multiple guides walking around yelling for Rhett tours and no one really checks if you're on the right tour.

Other than that the time on the ATV itself was enjoyable.
