We booked the Premiere Package as it was my husband’s 70 th birthday. Did not receive the champagne welcome. Had to find our way to the dining room after standing in the Luau check in line with no directions. Dinner was rushed and then we were suppose to be guided to the entertainment portion of the Luau. The transportation was a bus. There were 7 adults and 2 children in our party. We paid 1600.00 for what was suppose to be a fun filled evening. I know a lot of hard work goes into the production of an event and appreciate that. This was a very special occasion for us and we received anything but a premium experience.

The owners dinner was great if you are not a big crowd person and worth it. The show was great and people were so nice and the food was good.

We had a top-shelf dining experience followed by an enthusiastic and well-performed luau. Dinner was very good and the service of our waiter, Jeff, was extremely attentive. The torch bearer escort from the restaurant to the luau was much less impressive than what was expected. Though our "reserved seating" at the luau was at the very perimeter of the venue, we found the performers to be very talented and enjoyable to watch.

Fantastic experience and venue. Great service by Jeff and Connor at dinner and then Mark at the luau. Highly recommend and book in advance.

The show was excellent. We enjoyed the storyline, the music and the costumes. ?? I would definitely recommend this to family and friends.
