We have visited Kildare Village twice a year for some time. As my sister and I are both disabled I ring ahead and book 2 mobility scooters for the day. A big thanks to Andree for looking after that for us. We arrived at 10.30 and the scooters were waiting for us. Deborah took us through the booking and arranged hands free shopping for us. She was very efficient and friendly. As always we headed for handbags and toiletries and got some great bargains as always. I would recommend Kildare Village to anyone and would advise them to take advantage of the free hands free shopping option especially if they are going to buy heavier items. The staff loaded our purchases into the car and we headed home as happy as always. We have already planned our return trip in May.

It is up there with New York the place is well laid out the prices ar3 good the staff are always friendly and helpful and a lot of seating

I went into Starbucks with my husband and children yesterday and we asked the lady at the door if we could sit down inside. We had our vaccination certs but she did not ask to see them. She proceeded to tell us that she wasn't vaccinated (which was her own business) and that she would have to take our details if we wanted to sit down. We had no problem with that but she then said that she would not take them as some people had told her before that they wanted to sit down and then they would walk out after she went to the trouble of taking their details. I felt this was just down right lazy and she annoyed me so much about why she didn't get the vaccine that we just decided that we had enough of her and wanted out of there. If you want to ruin your business Starbucks, leave that lady on the door!!! We met another girl who was so rude at the till in PUMA that we just left after a while as we were really turned off and would not bother going there again.

This was my first time in Kildare village during this pandemic. We felt comfortable and safe The stores were controlling numbers but yet it was not an issue. There was lots of sanitizer and everyone was wearing masks! Lovely say out

I went shopping in Kildare Village. All of the other Outlets customer service was good but I was shocked by how poor the customer service was when I was paying for my jeans at Tommy Hilfiger. There were two young ladies at the till probably around the same age as myself. They stared at me whilst talking to each other and didn’t even bother to say the general “Hello” to me. I found their behaviour to be extremely rude especially since I’m spending my money in the outlet store. I payed for my jeans the receipt says that I was served by Emma. She didn’t even bother to say the customary “Thank You” when I had payed for my items, she said nothing to me at all and continued to talk to her colleague about “what time they had started at”. I have been to Kildare Village several times and have had nothing but pleasant experiences so I am extremely disappointed with the rude customer service that I received at the till in the Tommy Hilfiger store.
