Our personal guide ‘Guy’ tailored our ride to our cycling experience finding extras places to explore as we went along. The use of the eBikes was a nice option even if we chose to keep it manual for the extra effort.

The tour to the falls and back through old Quebec was fantastic. The route is flat and an easy bike ride. Guy was an excellent tour guide! He is very friendly and knowledgeable about the history of the city. We highly recommend this tour!

Emily & Guy were terrific guides! Our family had a wonderful time. The bikes were well maintained. Highly recommend for families with kids (especially teens)

Rain!! Oh well. The company called us the day before and explained weather. Gave us the option of cancelling or accepting Mother Nature and going for it. We thought this was very proactive and admirable to contact their customers ahead of time. Professional. We decided to go for it. Our guides were Guy and Emily. They explained bikes and adjusted seats to our height. They were both very knowledgeable regarding equipment and our path to the falls. Our safety, seemed to be of utmost concern to them both which was appreciated. We stopped at certain points where Guy would explain points of interest and historical significance. There are a few inclines in which I struggled. ( Haven’t biked since I was 12. Clearly need to strengthen my legs). Thank you Emily! She was right beside me, with encouraging words. So kind.
