Service bad. Many services are handled by call centers out of the country. Press front desk button on your phone and get a call center somewhere in Asia. From the same phone, ask the operator for the front desk and get another call center. The person at the call center informed me if we were granted permission for a one hour late check out there would be fees. After checking on this for me the answer was NO late check out. The hotel obviously was not booked because there were sanitation stickers on may rooms on our floor. They could have easily given us an hour extra. No room cleaning unless you stay four nights. We stayed 3 nights. So at $600 per night they cannot clean the room for three nights. We had to empty the trash cans and ask for coffee and towels. The prices are outrageous. At the pool two hot dogs and three cocktails including tip was $92. I will say the $350 meal for two that we had at Council Oak was top quality. In person service at the hotel was very good.

Jessi the bartender with pink hair was awesome! My partner & I are both vegan and she was very knowledgeable about all of the items on the menu. Her drinks were great, jager was ice cold, prices were great for a casino, and she really made our night even better! Thank you Hard Rock for having some really great staff!

order the coconut shrimp, friend order the burger which come with fries. food was hot and food came fast. also order the mai tai and passion fruit drink.

The burger consisted of 2 buns, the meat patty, melted Swiss cheese and shrimps.the burger was quite tasty and excellent to my taste considering the fact that the meat came cooked the way i requested it: medium. During the entire time that i was having lunch, I was never asked how was everything and if I needed anything else like a refill on my wine or a glass of water.Only when i was ready to pay did the waitress asked:"how was everything?". I'm thankful that the food and the wine made up for the service i received and that is the reason why I'm rating this experience only average.

Went here for dinner, order appetizer the spicy shrimp, food was hot and tasty. Order the burger which come with fries, food was good and meal was hot. Also the hurricane drink and passion fruit mai tai.
