Excellent experience with Steve! My kids both got up on their boards multiple times and my husband and I got about 75% there. Personally, I would have benefitted with a little more time on the shore practicing the 4 steps, but otherwise I was pleasantly surprised at how fun it was!

Instructor Kai was great, good vibes and very helpful. Would definitely recommend. Good amount of time for a beginner trying to learn too.

Stupendous surfing experience on Kauai! Taking a surf lesson is a must do for me when I am in HI. This lesson was excellent! Steve was patient with all four students, caring and found the whole group great waves to ride on near the resort. The students were an eclectic mix from a newlywed couple in their 20's to me at 50 and another student at 65. Steve even gave me a mini lesson on how surfers know which shore to go to for waves. Already looking forward to my next lesson!

Steve was fantastic his instructions, attention to detail, professionalism, and caring made this a fabulous fun experience.
