Alejandro was a very nice individual. It was only the 3 of us and he took his time, never in a rush. We knew nothing of the area and appreciated his enthusiasm of “his” city. We highly recommend using the tour. Even after the tour was over, Alejandro went far and beyond giving us his personal email so we could contact him if there were any questions about our future plans. Just so happens we did, we made contact, and he promptly answered all our concerns. That in itself is well worth the price! Thx!!

The guide never showed up and we were told that our booking was for the day before. We can take the blame, maybe we did book for the wrong day. But they never answered the phone number provided. And they never tried contacting us the previous day when our tour was supposedly booked for, never called, never emailed. When we asked for a compromise they flat out told us that they don’t make errors, our loss. Rude and unwilling to take care of their customers. Would absolutely not recommend.

Never showed up, never answered the phone calls, still waiting for a contact, a refund??? The lack of professionalism is absolutely disappointing in such a difficult time for tourism.
