Our company DOES NOT charge for wet suits. SnorkelingWhen snorkeling with the Manta Rays you will hold on to a comfortable bar attached to a large surfboard that has 16 bright LED drop lights to attract plankton (Manta Ray Food). This makes it easy to keep our groups safely together as the mantas feed on the plankton underneath us. Your swim guides will keep your board positioned over the manta ray snorkeling area. All snorkel gear is provided.Hawaii is considered the #1 place in the world to view Mantas. The Manta Rays here in Kailua Kona have become conditioned where to go each night to find an easy meal; feeding on the plankton that is attracted by our underwater lights…which makes locating them easy for us! Traveler Reviews

This was an amazing experience and I couldn't be happier that we selected this tour! Our guides were great; made us feel very safe, even the few folks in our group who had never snorkeled before. They steered our raft to a great spot and we floated about 7-8 manta rays--they circled up so close to the raft, and one even brushed my belly! Our whole family (including 20 and 23 yr old sons) had a great time. We've been to the Big Island many times, seen some amazing sites, but this is definitely in the top 2 activities we've done (hard to beat an active volcano). I highly recommend it!!

The manta rays were amazing! Time and time again they swam inches from us as they fed on plankton. Such beautiful graceful creatures. Guides Chris and Buddha were great. Buddha’s special lit board brought the rays right to us.

A great experience! The captain and crew were so friendly and knowledgeable. We got to see many manta rays!

Chris and Buddha were AMAZING from start to finish with communications and managing our group. So many Manta ray! They literally rolled up on us over and over. Buddha really knows how to get them as close as possible directing both us and the mantas for the most amazing experience. Thank you ??

The guides were nothing short of great. I had some anxiety about where I would leave my belongings as I was taking a a taxi to and from the launch area. Turns out there was no issue bringing a small bag of my belongings and leaving them on the boat while everyone was in the water. Because I elected to leave my phone at my hotel I had some issues locating the group but the guides made sure to check and make sure all the attendees were accounted for before launching the boat, which I am truly great full for. The boat ride there honestly reassured me that we were all in great hands because even though the water was a bit rough the drivers skills of throttling down as front of the vessel was in the air allowed the boat not to slam down. Once I noticed he was implanting this technique I had no doubt in their competence and skill. As for the manta rays, i was located next to one of the light which attracted the krill so I was in the prime location. These gentle fiends are not concerned
