We had a great visit here. It was very quiet which was lovely for us. Very informative, interactive and good activity if you are looking for value for money and a fun time. We upgraded and did the VIP Penguin tour and it was incredible, you get a behind the scenes look at the penguins, why they are here (injuries etc) we got a meet a penguin (there is no touching or feeding as they bite). Our host was super lovely and her passion for her job and her penguins was clear. Thank you for an immersive tour and a lovely day!

Wow, what an awesome way to understand and experience what it's like in Antarctica! Really enjoyed meeting the Little Blue Penguins and the Huskys. The storm room and 4D theater were invigorating.

The storm simulator, 4D movie and penguin feeding was super cool. I don't know if the education center plus that was worth the price. The snow mobile ride was TERRIBLE!! No one warned us they just said it was 10 minutes long and kind of bumpy but my 8 year old daughter cried the entire time and they can't see you in the back so we couldn't even stop it. Terrible and a little traumatic.

Seeing the penguins, especially, feed time.Huskies were a great hit.Also children enjoyed there ride on Hagglund,and 4D movie. All in all an amazing experience.

A great experience for all ages. Our grandchildren loved it. The staff are very friendly, helpful & ensure you don't miss anything! The Cafe is pretty good too.
