It was a wonderful experience and a great idea to book this tour. Many interesting activities were included, like to visit the San Diego Fort Museum, The Masks Museum, La Soledad cathedral at the main square. This local place called "El juguito" it is such as great place to refresh ourselves from the walking tour in order to continue with the walking to watch the cliff divers show (this is a must for everyone who visits Acapulco). By the way, Mario the tour guy is a great knowledgeable person. Thank you for your service.

I called the day before the tour and spoke to a Jose. He told me: I’ll pick you between the last gate and the police station. I asked him if the last gate of the resort was at the east or the west and he couldn’t tell me. He said: you have to ask for the police station! Well, we walked 20 min west and no police station. I call back the number: I’m told that they are waiting for us for a cruise. I said we only booked for the half day walking tour. I was told he would call back in 10 min. Never heard of him again! Lost my money!

March 7th 2019 , Due to some mis-communication with the Tour Operator in Acapulco , I was not picked up at the Hotel at 10:00am on Friday Feb 22nd . I phoned them on Wednesday from the Hotel to confirm the pickup, and the rep said it's okay for 10;00am pickup. However, no one showed up, on Friday or Saturday , and it was then scheduled for Sunday Afternoon. Since I was pressed for time, I went to Fort de San Diego myself, and was met by Rudy their respresentative , who I cancelled with immediately, and went by myself . AS A RESULT I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST A REFUND, BECAUSE THE TOUR DID NOT HAPPEN on Friday or Saturday .

Very interesting overview of historical Acapulco. The museum had many objects used during the olden days of outside attacks from foreign invaders, historical clothing, giant cannons and an impressive, well-fortified fortress. An informative couple of hours spent when we visited Acapulco for a week.
