You cancelled my experience the day before my tour and then sent me a message asking me how the event was. You need to get your company more organized. I booked two tours with your company and both cancelled. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

We recently returned from a tour with Karma Tours and our guide Shiv was great. We had a hiccup with the definition of start time and pick up time where I think may have been my fault. Check your emails to clarify pick up time. Other than that our guide took over and ensured he would show us an excellent time. Shiv delivered. I cannot tell you how great our guide was. His passion for Mexico City and his tour skills blew our mind as we learned things we had knowledge about but not the back history of that knowledge, this is Shiv's expertise. You will not be disappointed with choosing this private tour option.

I was hugely disappointed to have my tour cancelled 2 hours before pick up at my hotel on the morning of my booked and confirmed tour. The tour was being changed to the afternoon when I had a conflict and the guide promised to see what he could do and would call me back in 5 min. I literally waited by my hotel phone for an hour before reaching out the the contact number to find out what my options were. What made it even worse is that the tour guide who called me then had reported that I had cancelled AND did not answer my phone when he called me back. This was such a disappointment as I had very limited free time. I later saw the outside of the house but tickets are sold in advance and the lines are crazy long if you are not with a tour. Beware that a confirmation is not a guarantee of a tour time.

Gabriel was our guide. Very knowledgeable about art and history. Fun and interesting day in towns with their own history. Not to be missed.
