Overview
Guests attend our classes in our large home on a high hill overlooking the Caribbean Sea.Guests are provided with a booklet with all the recipes that will be created during the class. Segments of the class will be hands-on while other parts will be done via demonstration. This is a change from our previous hands-on classes that has became necessary due to COVID. However, COVID has not put a damper on the good humor, camaraderie, stories, and fantastic food that we enjoy in each class.Travel from the Port is approximately 15 minutes and the time from most other locations is quite reasonable.We are following all COVID protocols put forward by the US CDC and the Antigua Government. Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Can’t recommend strongly enough! Nicole and Adam are super hosts and their place is wonderful. The food we made was fantastic.

I recommend Nicole's Curry class to anyone visiting Antigua. The experience provides great food, knowledge about that food, and the skills to make it again long after you leave the island. This is a great activity for everyone - families, couples, and solo travelers, like myself.

Incredible surroundings with breathtaking views; warm welcoming family atmosphere where you feel like you've arrived at a long-time friend's home; Extensive menu with versions & variations on each concept; fully engaged hands-on cooking for everyone in attendance; small, intimate group size; local flair and true community atmosphere with those assisting in the kitchen lending more depth of experience and expertise and overall charm. All recipes are totally doable to replicate at home; lovely vegetarian options; fresh ingredients and knowledge about sourcing. TOP NOTCH!

Had a great day at Nicole's home learning to cook with curry. The food we prepared was delicious and healthy. I enjoyed getting to know Nicole and her lovely family. Easy to get to and from the cruise port if you are on a cruise . This is a very personal and hands on class. You never feel rushed, just a relaxed day of cooking. I will definitely do this again .

Enjoyed the Coordinating Curry class immensely. Highlights were Nicole, Colleen and Kate who we chatted with, cooked with and drank rum punches with! My husband and I learned a lot about curry, roti and coconut. Food was outstanding, company was fun and the property and view is beautiful. Would recommend this to anyone!
