One of Canada’s premier restaurants, the legendary Beaver Club originally began as a private club founded in 1758. Traditionally decorated with wood paneling and white-linen table settings, the Beaver Club showcases a seasonal menu of regionally inspired French cuisine. Le Montréalais Bistro
Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Le Montrealis is a two level restaurant serving Mediterranean cuisine, grilled meat dishes and fresh fish. Buffets are available at breakfast and lunch.
Les Voyageurs Bar Lounge
Serving lunch, dinner and late-night snacks with local microbrews, and texensive martini list and local liqueurs such as maple-syrup flavored whiskey. The signature drink is "Give Peace a Chance," a gin-and-sake tribute to John Lennon and Yoko Ono, who staged their 1969 week-long "Bed-In for Peace" in Suite 1742 of the hotel.
