The resort's tennis program (surcharge) was created by Nick Bollettieri, the coach of Andre Agassi, Monica Seles, and Maria Sharapova. The center, with three red-clay courts and one grass court, a separate backboard, and water views, is staffed by professionals with training from Bollettieri's Tennis Academy in Florida. The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman offers five restaurants, including "Blue by Eric Ripert" created by Eric Ripert of New York's renowned Le Bernardin.Insider tip - Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park, about a 30-minute ride from the resort, is the place to see rare Blue Iguanas, along with turtles, butterflies, and colorful birds. Occasionally, visitors may spot green Cayman parrots.

Blue by Eric Ripert
Created by chef of New York's Le Bernardin, recipient of Michelin three-star designation. Focus on fresh seafood prepared with delicate, herb-infused flavorings. Menu highlights include Red Snapper with Spicy Mariniere of Baby Cockles; Sautéed Mahi-Mahi with Apple, Cucumber, and Caper Salad; and grilled fish with a choice of sauces, such as Rich Coconut Curry Broth.
Alfresco grill showcasing simply prepared seafood with Andorran and Provençale accents. Salads, sandwiches, pizza, mini-burgers. Creative desserts such as Fried Banana Tempura" with Three Dipping Sauces.
7 Prime Cuts and Sunsets
À la carte breakfast and buffet featuring seven signature cappuccinos including white chocolate, hazelnut, passion fruit and guava. À la carte lunch. Dinner menu features steaks and seafood with Caribbean influences. Selections include Butter-Poached Caribbean Lobster, Prime Rib with Port Wine Jus and Grilled Filet Mignon with a choice of sauces. Bar Jack
Poolside bar and grill with spectacular sunset views. Named for silvery reef fish commonly seen off the beach. Open daily from late morning to early evening.
Silver Palm Lounge
Named for Cayman Islands' national tree. Cocktails, caviars and light fare such as Citrus Conch Salad. Afternoon tea on Saturdays.
Sushi and Wine Lounge

The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman is located in the center of Seven Mile Beach along the clear Caribbean Sea. The waters, teeming with colorful sea life, invite snorkeling, scuba diving, and relaxed swims. Guests can snorkel and dive just offshore, but the resort also provides boat rides (surcharge) to the best sites. The resort rents snorkeling and diving gear. Windsurfing and motorized water sports are available through independent providers along the beach.

The Ritz-Carlton's tennis center (surcharge), with three red-clay courts and a grass court, a separate backboard, and water views, was created by Nick Bollettieri, coach of many champions. The resort has two outdoor pools: one oceanfront and paired with a spa tub; the other on the North Sound side. The fitness center offers complimentary group classes such as Body Sculpting and Soca/Reggae Aerobics, with surcharges for personal training.

The nine-hole Blue Tip golf course, designed by Greg Norman, includes five long Par Fours into the Caribbean trade winds, which make a 470-yard hole play like 600.

At Stingray City, a 10-minute boat ride from the Ritz-Carlton, visitors can swim under, over, and along with the rays, and hand-feed them, too.
