Following the announcement of the 2017 Michelin Guide, the restaurants Le Cinq, Le George and L’Orangerie at the Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris have collectively been crowned with a total of five Michelin stars, making the acclaimed Hotel the first luxury Hotel in Europe to be home to three Michelin-starred restaurants for a total of 5 stars.

Showcasing the cuisine of three Chefs, each with their own individual identities, diverse talents and distinctive styles, the Four Seasons Hotel George V offers guests an unprecedented culinary experience under the same roof, and is now indisputably the leading gourmet address of the capital.

Le Cinq
Boasting beautiful views of the Hotel’s courtyard, the three-Michelin-star Le Cinq is an exquisite dining room, dressed in grey and gold. The tablecloths, china and silver were all created specifically for this legendary Hotel. Menus draw on classic French culinary techniques and also embrace newer, lighter cooking styles, always incorporating the freshest regional ingredients. A children’s menu is available on request.
Le George
Le George restaurant in Paris and its Chef Simone Zanoni offers light and modern Mediterranean-style cuisine designed for sharing, with many dishes available in half portions, and a balanced, healthy cuisine bursting with flavour and freshness. Interior designer Pierre-Yves Rochon created a timelessly chic and relaxed setting drawing on modern influences. The room has a distinctly Parisian vibe. The highlight is the stunning vaulted ceiling that works in harmony with the work of art by the contemporary artist Junior Fritz Jacquet and the large windows looking onto the Marble Courtyard.
L’Orangerie restaurant is an intimate atmosphere overlooking the famous Marble Courtyard. Under a 7-metre-high glass-and-steel structure, it blends seamlessly with the Art Deco style of the hotel and offers a new culinary experience. Chef David Bizet’s menu exemplifies the traditional French contemporary cuisine “of elegance, refinement, femininity and respect for nature. Open throughout the year for breakfast, lunch and dinner, L’Orangerie offers a refreshing, intimate experience thanks to its interior design by Pierre-Yves Rochon. An elegant mosaic with plant motifs covers the floor, and huge Lalique lamps adorn the interior.
La Galerie
Both the heart and soul of the Hotel, La Galerie lounge in Paris showcases beautiful Flemish tapestries, 19th-century paintings and furniture, as well as many exquisite objets d'art. The atmosphere is of elegance and genuine peace, highlighted by the pianist, who plays every day from 3:00 pm. This is the best spot for people-watching, intimate conversation and light fare. In summer, La Galerie serves lunch, cocktails and dinner in the courtyard from 12:30 pm to 10:00 pm, every day.
The bar
The “rendezvous incontournable” for both residents and Parisians. Intimate conversations as well as enjoyable gatherings find a perfect setting at Le Bar every night of the week.
