"Termoscanners" will be placed at hotel entrance to detect guest temperature. Guests above 37.5 °C will be admitted from special areas and the Italian authorities will be alerte.
Sanitizing gel at the entrance of the hotel. All people who enter the hotel will be obliged to sanitize their hands.
Registration will be carried out on a dedicated space at the reception where the guest must personally complete all the necessary data, including passport and credit card numbers. During the booking and before arrival, guest passport will be required, as well as the information on the processing of personal data.
Sanitizing gel will be placed on the desk. Each guest will use a sanitized pen which will subsequently be quarantined for night sanitization.
Each receptionist will use a face mask and glove.
Magnetic keys that will be provided to guests will be sanitized previously, but further sanitation will be adopted in front of the guest.
Room escorting will not be provided for safety regulation.
Guests will not have the obligation to wear masks inside the hotel, but the minimum distance of 1.5 meter must be kept.
In case of arrival with your own car it will be parked by the guest himself. Otherwise it is necessary to wear face mask, gloves and cellophane for the driver's seat.
An information regarding the behavior to be adopted to reduce contacts will be visible at the reception.
The day before departure, the hotel account will be sent to the guest on their email to verify that all charges are correct.
On the day of departure, after checking that the total hotel account is right, the credit card will be charged, preferably via contactless, device etc. The receptionist will not touch the guest's cc in any case.
The guest will proceed to sign with a previously sanitized pen which will then be quarantined for night sanitation.
In no case will the guest be provided with a paper hotel account (unless specifically requested), but it will be sent digitally by email.
The rooms will be cleaned as standard. After cleaning, the workers will go to sanitation with suitable products based on 70% ethyl alcohol
Cleaning will take place as daily as per standard, while sanitization will take place when guest will depart only.
Each room that will be vacated by the guest will not be occupied for the next 24hrs to proceed with further sanitization with ionizer air purifier.
During cleaning and sanitization, the guest cannot never be present.
During guest stay the room will be sanitized before arrival and after departure only,
Turndown service will be offered as standard.
Every employee who goes to the room will always wear face mask and new gloves.
As standard, they will use different cloths depending on the area of the room in which they are working. The cleaning material will be treated and disinfected with a 2% sodium hypochlorite solution for at least 10 minutes. If possible, one-time cleaning materials will be used.
Each object, amenity will be disinfected according to the regulations and with products based on 70% ethyl alcohol.
The linen will be replaced daily, as per standard, unless differently requested by the guest.
The minibar will NOT be removed, but when guests depart, all the intact packages in the minibar will be cleaned and sanitized and the mini-bar will be cleaned inside and outside.
Kettle/tea maker will NOT be removed, but glasses/cups will be replaced at each change of guests, even if they have not been used.
All common areas will be constantly cleaned and sanitized by the staff. This includes armchairs, sofas, chairs, floors, handrails, push buttons of all kinds.
All areas will be aired frequently.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Information will be displayed on the codes of conduct and prevention of COVID19 at the entrance of the areas .
Before entering the restaurant / breakfast room hand sanitization will be mandatory.
Tables will be arranged in accordance with regulations allowing guests to remain at least 1.5 m apart from each other.
The breakfast service will be "à la carte" and without the buffet.
The menus will be in material that will allow adequate sanitization.
All items such as plates, glasses etc. even if not used by guests, they will be removed and washed, as they have been exposed to possible infection.
Room service will be preferable and during room service, the attendant will wear new disposable face mask and gloves
All food will be adequately covered (even cold ones).
The room staff will wear a mask and even if they wear gloves, they will still have to sanitize their hands frequently and always whenever they make a table service.
All workers will wear a disposable face mask and gloves.
Gloves will always be changed after carrying out activities not related to food (handles and openings of kitchen entrance doors or waste disposal rooms).
The standards of purification and sanitization of air conditioning systems and water purification will be followed.
The cleaning of the ventilation sockets and grills will be carried out with macrofibre cloths with 75% ethyl alcohol.
All personnel who enter into service on a daily basis must submit to temperature control with a thermoscanner.
Suppliers of goods and services will use timetables and routes dedicated to them,
