À la carte lunch/dinner menu offering Mexican and international choices, including sandwiches, tacos, salads, fajitas, conch ceviche, lobster quesadillas.
Los Almendros
Air-conditioned- fine-dining restaurant with exhibition kitchen. Lunch/dinner à la carte menu featuring Yucatecán specialties such as venison tostada, Valladolid sausage, cochinita pibil (marinated pork baked in banana leaves), relleno negro (stuffed turkey), and stuffed Dutch cheese with pork, olives, raisins, and capers. Buffet offered some nights.
