Travel Advisors can now send client itineraries via link (instead of an email attachment). Consumers can now view their vacation details on their phones, not in an attachment. We are making this easy for travelers, where we can also highlight the travel advisors in travel communications. We are empowering the travel advisor to display as little or as much information as they would like to display to the client.

No need to wait on hold to make a payment. Travel advisors and clients can make payments online with the new online itinerary. When clients view their online itinerary, they can see their outstanding balance and make a payment directly from the itinerary. There is no need for the travel advisor to collect credit card info or even send a payment link. It can all be done through the client itinerary.

By default: client itineraries show the private label settings (photo, agent name, agency info, company logo) of the travel advisor. Advisors may make changes to these or hide elements at https://www.classicvacations.com/travel-agent/private-label.

If no private label elements exist for the advisor: we will show the agent and agency information that we have on file for the advisor.

The booking may already be paid in full, or the booking may have been assigned to a different user. Only one user (email address) is permitted to have access to make payments at a time. The payment links only last for 2 weeks. If this is not the case, please Email us at l2websupport@classicvacations.com

Travel advisors can regenerate the payment links from https://www.classicvacations.com/trips by selecting the booking, and choosing the “Send to Client” option.

Advisors will find this option useful when managing payments from multiple people on large bookings.

As an advisor: you can test this by sending it to an alternate email address that you have access to (it cannot be the same email address that you log in to www.classicvacations.com with). Just remember to resend it to the client if a payment needs to be made.

You will need to login and go to https://www.classicvacations.com/trips, select the booking; and go to the pricing summary found at the bottom of the page.

No. However, you can copy and paste the information into a Word document and then make any adjustments in the word document.
